Home weekly
Home Time
We only travel in Texas and its contiguous states, so you are home throughout the week. When an overnight stay is required, NTI covers per diem and hotel costs — no out-of-pocket expenses.
$1,000/wk minimum
Competitive Pay
Commission-based pay with a guaranteed floor — reliable income with real upside based on performance. Call-out pay for Saturdays, early a.m., late p.m., and holidays worked, in addition to your load payout.

Your Equipment
Late-model Peterbilt day-cabs with full on-site fleet maintenance — nothing in our fleet is older than 6 years. No slip-seating: your unit is assigned to you. Over 60 trailers in a variety of configurations, so you can haul most heavy equipment.
Sign-on Bonus
A bonus for you when you complete a successful 6 months at NTI.

Requirements
Do you qualify?
Heavy haul demands proven hands. If you can check these boxes, we want your application.
Age
Minimum 25 years old.
Experience
At least 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
License
Valid CDL-B for Rollback units. Valid CDL-A for all tractor-trailer positions.
HAZMAT Endorsement100% company-paid
Must be eligible to obtain within 30 days of hire — required for Rollback and Rollback Trailer positions.
TWIC Card100% company-paid
Must be eligible to obtain within 30 days of hire — required for all driving positions.
Heavy Equipment Hauling Experience
Verifiable experience required for equipment haulers. Step-Deck positions are exempt.
